Marsha’s belief that education is empowering and movement is therapeutic, is the foundation of her one on one sessions with clients.

Marsha brings with her years of experience teaching anatomy and physiology at a college level and over a decade of practice leading group fitness and yoga classes.

An insatiable curiosity about the working of the human body, led her to become a massage therapist in 2013 and further her studies at The Canadian College of Osteopathy where she is now completing thesis work.

Marsha's passion for manual therapy and desire to build a supportive community of health focused individuals, inspired her to open The Health Collective Galt.

Jocelyn uses her training in Osteopathy, Reiki, and Registered Massage Therapy to guide her clients into a deep state of relaxation, while promoting self-awareness, mindfulness, and maintaining a calm, therapeutic presence.

Her approach to healing involves helping clients to feel empowered, educated, and enlightened on their journey to wellness.

If you are looking to explore the connections between physical, emotional, and energetic levels of the body, Jocelyn specializes in Reiki and vibrational healing, somato-emotional release, and advanced manual therapy techniques, and loves to explore "where science meets spirit"!

Jocelyn will use a tailored blend of her skills to help you uncover the root cause of your issue and help bring you back into balance.

Jenna Speir is a Registered Massage Therapist and is currently studying manual osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Her focus in the clinic is geared towards the general population living with low back and neck pain, headaches, and jaw pain. She works with people of all ages, empowering each individual through health awareness.

Every patient who comes to the Health Collective Galt is unique and each treatment should reflect that. Careful attention is on assessing and treating the individual holistically, and by doing so, removing any restriction and rigidity in the body that may lead to compensation and pain elsewhere. Jenna’s treatments involve modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint manipulations, cranial-sacral therapy, and visceral manipulations.

Meghan Crewson is a Kinesiology graduate from Brock University, Massage Therapist and Osteopathy Thesis Writer at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

Here is a note from Meghan:

During an appointment with me you can expect a listening ear while I conduct a detailed health history and physical assessment. As I search for the root cause of your concern, I want to take a whole body perspective. It is important to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement during the assessment and treatment. My therapeutic approach to treatment uses gentle musculoskeletal techniques, cranial sacral therapy, visceral manipulation and a strong understanding of biomechanics. Areas of interest for me are digestive issues, migraines/headaches, pregnancy, postpartum moms, infants, and children. That being said I enjoy that my job can address and be inclusive of all humans, everyone is welcome. I would like all patients to contribute to their health goals with self-care which will be discussed in each appointment.

Reanna Steels’ education in nursing, yoga, massage therapy and her passion for research on the inner workings of the human body and mind informs the educational workshops she facilitates. Her belief is that health of mind, body and soul are all needed for the individual to function at highest capacity.
